FlexMove is a subscription-based mobility solution by Lilwa Delivery. You subscribe monthly and get access to a fleet of cars and bikes across 14 cities in Kenya. Pick up a vehicle at one location, use it as long as you need, and drop it off at any other FlexMove city. It's like having a car without the ownership hassle.
FlexMove is currently available in 14 cities: Nairobi, Kiambu, Mombasa, Malindi, Eldoret, Bungoma, Kakamega, Kericho, Nakuru, Kitale, Migori, Busia, Kisumu, and Kisii. We're expanding to more locations every quarter.
We offer three plans: Bike Plan at KES 15,000/month (500km included), Car Plan at KES 45,000/month (1,000km included), and Business Plan at KES 120,000/month (3 vehicles, 3,000km combined). All plans include insurance, 24/7 roadside support, and free replacement on malfunction.
Yes! You can add a professional chauffeur to any plan at KES 500 per hour. Simply select the chauffeur option during the subscription process or add it later through your dashboard.
FlexMove offers hassle-free replacement. If your vehicle malfunctions, simply report it through the app or call our 24/7 support. We'll arrange a replacement vehicle at your nearest FlexMove location. No questions asked. No extra charges.
Absolutely! That's the beauty of FlexMove. You can pick up a vehicle in Nairobi and drop it off in Mombasa, Kisumu, or any other FlexMove city. This makes it perfect for road trips, business travel, or relocations.
Once subscribed, log in to your dashboard, select your city, browse available vehicles, and click "Reserve". Your vehicle will be held for you for 2 hours. Show up at the pickup location with your ID and you're good to go.
Each plan includes: access to the vehicle fleet, a specified km allowance, comprehensive insurance, 24/7 roadside support, free replacement on malfunction, and access to all FlexMove locations. Premium insurance is included at no extra cost.
