Where does Lilwa Surprise deliver? +
Lilwa Surprise currently delivers across Embu and the surrounding areas. For destinations outside Embu, contact the team directly on WhatsApp — we regularly arrange longer-distance deliveries and multi-city surprises on request.
How much does a surprise delivery cost? +
Packages start at KES 650 for The Little Gesture (pickup, safe handling, surprise delivery, and delivery confirmation). A Thought For You is KES 1,450 and adds gift sourcing, gift packaging, a personalised message or card, and a short preparation video. Made With Love is KES 1,750 and adds surprise planning, custom packaging, and coordinated delivery. The Grand Gesture and Custom Quote are scoped per brief.
Can Lilwa Surprise source the gift for me? +
Yes. From the A Thought For You package upward, we source the gift for you based on your brief — budget, recipient, occasion, and any specific item you have in mind. You do not need to buy anything in advance; the sourcing is included.
Will the recipient know it's coming? +
Only if you want them to. The default is a true surprise — the recipient does not know the package is on its way. You can select a soft surprise where we notify them a gift is coming without revealing what or who it is from. The choice is entirely yours at booking.
How do I book a surprise? +
Choose a package on this page and you will be taken to a short booking flow via WhatsApp. You will tell us the recipient, the occasion, the delivery date, the location, and your message. We confirm the quote before any payment is made.
Can I request something not on the packages list? +
Yes — that is what the Custom Quote tier is for. If your idea does not fit any of the standard packages — a multi-part surprise, a coordinated celebration with multiple deliveries, an elaborate romantic setup, or a high-touch experience — send the brief on WhatsApp and we will scope it and quote it.
